Collaboration
How teams work together in M1rror, from members and roles to free reviewers, guest reviewers without accounts, pinned comments, mentions, presence and notifications.
M1rror is built for design work that involves more than one person: designers and developers shaping the system together, product managers and clients reviewing it, and a repository operator deciding what reaches the code.
- Everyone sees the same thing. Presence avatars show who is in a project, and live cursors appear on the Board and in Review. Turn on Hide my cursor if you'd rather not share yours; you still appear as present.
- Feedback sits on the work. Comments pin to the exact screen or element they're about.
- Decisions are on the record. Approvals carry a reason and are bound to the version they approve. Your workspace's approval policy says how many people must approve, whether authors can approve their own work and whether every screen needs a decision.
- Reviewing is free. Reviewers and viewers don't need a paid seat on any plan.
In this section
- Members and rolesInvite people to your workspace, choose a role for each and add optional Billing or Repository roles. Reviewers and viewers join free; editors use seats.
- Guest reviewersBring clients and stakeholders into a review without giving them an account, using private, expiring review links with an optional passcode.
- Comments and notificationsPin comments to screens and elements, draw on the design, attach references, mention teammates and choose which notifications reach you by email.
