Export your data

• Your account. Download my data in your account settings prepares one ZIP of JSON files with a README. You can request one export a day; you get an email when it's ready and can download it for 7 days.
• A workspace. In Settings › Security & data, Export workspace records downloads members, invitations, agent grants (never tokens), billing state, the usage ledger, audit events and analytics events as JSON.

Delete

• Your account. Confirm with your email and password. Your comments and approvals stay, attributed to Deleted user. You can't delete your account while you're the only owner of a workspace.
• A workspace. Owners only. Deletion waits 30 days, during which it can be cancelled, or an owner can choose Delete permanently straight away. Cancel the subscription first: deleting a workspace doesn't cancel billing.

AI and your content

Your content isn't used to train AI models. The design agent uses a commercial model API whose terms don't allow training on that content. Uploaded references aren't sent to models unless a feature you use needs them, and capture lets you choose whether agents and models may read a capture.

Administrators can see the Audit log in Settings › Security & data: who did what, and from where (a person, an agent or the system), newest first.
