Guest reviewers

Guests are people who review your work through a private link instead of a workspace account: clients, stakeholders, an agency's customer or a legal reviewer.

• They verify their name and email with a 6-digit code; no account or password.
• They see only what the link shares: a release, or the board for comments only.
• They can comment and, if the link allows it, approve or request changes. Their approvals are advisory unless an administrator makes named stakeholders' approval required.
• Links expire after 1 to 30 days, can have a passcode and can be revoked at any moment.
